TERMS & CONDITIONS (AUSTRALIA)

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by GetBusy Australia Pty Limited (ABN 63 618 921 001), trading as Workiro (“Promoter”).

This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Reef House, Luxury Escapes, or any other third party unless expressly stated by the Promoter in writing.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 9:00am AEDT on 1 February 2026 and closes at 11:00pm AEDT on 19 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:

• are Australian residents aged 18 years or over; and
• are currently employed in, or operating, a professional services firm in Australia.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter may require proof of eligibility.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must during the Promotion Period:

1. Complete the official entry form in full (via the Promoter’s event entry card and/or an approved online form (including Typeform)); and
2. Provide a response to the competition question.

Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, misleading, or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Game of Skill

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

All valid entries will be judged by the Promoter based on the merit of the response provided to the competition question.

The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to any rights under applicable law.

Judging will take place in New South Wales during the week commencing 23 March 2026.

6. Prizes

6.1 Major Prize (1 winner)

A travel prize consisting of a three (3) night stay for two (2) adults at The Reef House Palm Cove (the “Major Prize”), with inclusions as determined by the Promoter.

Approximate value: AUD $3,000.

Major Prize conditions:

• Valid for travel 14 August 2025 to 31 October 2026.
• Booking must be made by 30 August 2026.
• Subject to availability, blackout dates, and supplier terms and conditions.
• Flights, transfers, travel insurance, spending money, and incidentals are not included.
• Guests must be 16+ at the property (supplier policy).
• Additional costs may apply, including (without limitation) peak period surcharges and compulsory gala dinner surcharges (e.g. Christmas and New Year’s Eve), payable by the winner directly to the supplier.
• The Major Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.

6.2 Runner-up prizes (10 winners)

Ten (10) runner-up prizes of a $100 luxury experience voucher, as determined by the Promoter.
Voucher provider and redemption conditions will be communicated to winners.

6.3 Total prize pool

Total maximum prize pool value: approximately AUD $4,000.

7. Winner Notification & Announcement

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided in their entry within seven (7) days of judging.

Winners may also be announced on the Promoter’s Workiro social channels.

If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter may award the prize to an alternative entrant.

8. Third-Party Supplier Terms

The Major Prize involves third-party travel services and is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant supplier(s) (including accommodation provider and/or booking platform). Those third-party terms apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or changes imposed by third-party suppliers.

9. Changes, Unavailability & Substitution

If the Major Prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of it) with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• The Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered or incurred in connection with the promotion or any prize.
• The Promoter is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party supplier.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, unauthorised intervention, or entries not received for any reason beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy & Marketing

The Promoter will collect and use personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion and contacting entrants.

Where entrants provide consent, the Promoter may also use personal information to send marketing communications about Workiro. Entrants may opt out at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy available via www.getbusyplc.com and/or www.workiro.com.

12. General

The Promoter may:

• verify the validity of entries and entrants;
• disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms;
• modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
