Workiro Customer Survey Prize Draw 2026

1. Sponsor

This prize draw is run by GetBusy USA Corporation, trading as Workiro (“Sponsor”), 720 N Post Oak Rd, Houston, TX 77024, USA.

This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Luxury Escapes or Typeform.

2. Promotion Period

The prize draw opens when the survey invitation email is sent and closes at 11:59pm Eastern Time (ET) on December 3, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:

• are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia aged 18 years or over; and
• are users at a firm that is a current Workiro customer in the United States; and
• have received a personal invitation to take part in the 2026 Workiro customer survey.

Employees of the Sponsor, its group companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The Sponsor may require proof of eligibility.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, complete the Workiro customer survey in full using the personal link in their survey invitation email. The survey is hosted on Typeform.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of how many times the survey is completed. Incomplete, misleading or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The content of survey answers, whether positive or negative, has no effect on an entrant’s chance of winning.

5. Prizes

Five (5) prizes, each a US$100 Luxury Escapes gift card. Approximate retail value of each prize: US$100. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: US$500. Limit one prize per person.

Prize conditions:

• Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the winner’s email address.
• Gift cards are subject to Luxury Escapes’ terms and conditions, including any expiry date and redemption rules.
• Travel, transfers, insurance and any costs above the gift card value are the winner’s sole responsibility.
• Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state and local taxes.

6. Winner Selection

Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The Sponsor’s decision is final, subject to any rights under applicable law.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification & Announcement

Winners will be drawn after the Promotion Period closes and contacted by email, using the email address the survey invitation was sent to, by December 11, 2026.

If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner drawn at random from the remaining valid entries.

Winners will only be named publicly, including on Workiro social channels, with their prior consent. A list of winners’ first names and states is available on written request to the Sponsor within 30 days of December 11, 2026.

8. Third-Party Supplier Terms

Prizes are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Luxury Escapes, which apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions. To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for the acts, omissions or changes imposed by the supplier, including availability, expiry or redemption rules.

9. Changes, Unavailability & Substitution

If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• The Sponsor excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered or incurred in connection with the prize draw or any prize.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for the acts, omissions or failures of any third-party supplier.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or entries not received for any reason beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

11. Privacy

The Sponsor will use entrants’ personal information to administer this prize draw and contact winners. Survey responses are used to improve Workiro’s products and services. Entering the prize draw does not affect an entrant’s account or service in any way.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy notice, available via www.getbusyplc.com and/or www.workiro.com.

12. General

The Sponsor may:

• verify the validity of entries and entrants;
• disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms;
• modify, suspend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances arise beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
