Workiro Customer Survey Prize Draw 2026

1. Promoter

This prize draw is run by GetBusy UK Limited (company number 03574066), trading as Workiro (“Promoter”), Suite 8, The Works, 20 West Street, Unity Campus, Pampisford, Cambridge, CB22 3FT.

This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Eden Hotel Collection, Bovey Castle or Typeform.

2. Promotion Period

The prize draw opens when the survey invitation email is sent and closes at 23:59 GMT on 3 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:

• are UK residents aged 18 years or over; and
• are users at a firm that is a current Workiro customer in the United Kingdom; and
• have received a personal invitation to take part in the 2026 Workiro customer survey.

Employees of the Promoter, its group companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, complete the Workiro customer survey in full using the personal link in their survey invitation email. The survey is hosted on Typeform.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of how many times the survey is completed. Incomplete, misleading or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The content of survey answers, whether positive or negative, has no effect on an entrant’s chance of winning.

5. Prizes

One (1) prize of £1,500 worth of Eden Hotel Collection vouchers. The prize is made up of multiple vouchers with a combined value of £1,500. It is not a single voucher. The vouchers are redeemable against accommodation, packages or other offerings at any hotel in the Eden Hotel Collection portfolio, subject to availability. Total prize value: £1,500.

Prize conditions:

• Each voucher must be used by the expiry date stated on it.
• Redemption is subject to availability, blackout dates and Eden Hotel Collection’s terms and conditions.
• Travel, transfers, travel insurance, spending money and any charges above the value of the vouchers are the winner’s sole responsibility.
• The vouchers are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period, under the supervision of an independent person or by a verifiably random computer process. The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to any rights under applicable law.

7. Winner Notification & Announcement

The winner will be drawn after the Promotion Period closes and contacted by email, using the email address the survey invitation was sent to, by 11 December 2026.

If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner drawn at random from the remaining valid entries.

The winner will only be named publicly, including on Workiro social channels, with their prior consent. The winner’s surname and county will be made available on request by writing to the Promoter at the address above within one month of the closing date, unless the winner objects.

8. Third-Party Supplier Terms

Prizes are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Eden Hotel Collection, which apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for the acts, omissions or changes imposed by the supplier, including availability, expiry or redemption rules.

9. Changes, Unavailability & Substitution

If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• The Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered or incurred in connection with the prize draw or any prize.
• The Promoter is not responsible for the acts, omissions or failures of any third-party supplier.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, unauthorised intervention, or entries not received for any reason beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights under applicable UK consumer protection law.

11. Privacy

The Promoter will use entrants’ personal information to administer this prize draw and contact winners. Survey responses are used to improve Workiro’s products and services. Entering the prize draw does not affect an entrant’s account or service in any way.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy notice, available via www.getbusyplc.com and/or www.workiro.com.

12. General

The Promoter may:

• verify the validity of entries and entrants;
• disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms;
• modify, suspend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances arise beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
