• Definitions  

1.1. In these terms and conditions: · "Referrer" means an existing UK client of Virtual Cabinet or Workiro who refers a potential new client  
· "Referee" means the potential new client who has been referred to Virtual Cabinet or Workiro  
· "Company" means Virtual Cabinet and Workiro

• Eligibility  

2.1. This referral offer is open to UK clients of Virtual Cabinet and Workiro
2.2. Referrals must also:
· Be new contacts (not existing Virtual Cabinet or Workiro clients)
· Reside in the UK

• Rewards  

3.1. Both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a £25 Amazon voucher upon the Referee's attendance at the demo
· Vouchers will be issued within 24 hours of the demo's completion

3.2. If the Referee purchases a Virtual Cabinet or Workiro product:
· The Referee will receive a 10% discount on the total order value when signing up for a 12-month contract, payable either monthly or annually, provided the total order value meets or exceeds £4,200
· The Referrer will receive one Samsung Galaxy tablet or equivalent. The tablet will be purchased and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation and 12-month contract signing

3.3 Only one tablet will be issued per company, and it will be issued to the lead booker.

• Additional Conditions  

4.1. All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives
4.2. The company reserves the right to substitute the tablet with an equivalent item if necessary
4.3. This offer ends on February 29th, 2025
4.4. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT

• Data Protection  

5.1. By participating in this referral program, the Referrer confirms they have obtained consent from the Referee to share their contact information with the Company
5.2. The Company will process all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws
5.3. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the referral program

• Disqualifications  

6.1. Referrals will be disqualified if:
· The Referee does not meet the eligibility criteria
· The Referee fails to attend the demo
· Any fraudulent activity is detected
· The minimum order value requirement is not met

• General  

7.1. The company reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice
7.2. By participating, all parties agree to these terms and conditions
7.3. The company's decision regarding any aspect of the referral program is final
