Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
1.1. In these terms and conditions:
- "Company" means Virtual Cabinet and Workiro.
- "Participant" means an eligible person who books and attends a demo.
2. Eligibility
2.1. This offer is open to new contacts who are not existing clients of Virtual Cabinet or Workiro.
2.2. The opportunity value must exceed £4200 excluding VAT.
2.3. Participants must reside in the UK.
3. Rewards
3.1. One £25 Amazon voucher will be issued to the lead meeting booker upon demo attendance.
- Vouchers will be issued within 24 hours of the demo's completion.
3.2. If the participant purchases Workiro or Virtual Cabinet:
- They will receive a 10% discount on the total order value when signing up for a 12-month contract.
- They will pay full price for subsequent years.*.
- Tablets will be issued within 14 days of the demo's completion.
4. Additional Conditions
4.1. All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
4.2. The Company reserves the right to substitute the tablet with an equivalent item if necessary.
4.3. This offer ends on March 31st, 2025.
4.4. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
5. Data Protection
5.1. By participating in this offer, the Participant agrees that their personal data will be processed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
5.2. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of the offer.
5.3. The Participant confirms they have obtained consent if providing the personal data of any third party.
6. Disqualifications
6.1. Participants will be disqualified if:
- They do not meet the eligibility criteria.
- They fail to attend the demo.
- Any fraudulent activity is detected.
7. General
7.1. The Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.7
.2. By participating, all parties agree to these terms and conditions.
7.3. The Company's decision regarding any aspect of the offer is final.
