TERMS & CONDITIONS (UNITED KINGDOM)

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by GetBusy UK Limited, Company number 03574066, trading as Workiro (“Promoter”).

This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Eden Hotel Collection, Bovey Castle, or any other third party unless expressly stated by the Promoter in writing.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at the start of Accountex London 2026 on13 May 2026 and closes at 18:00 BST on 14 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:

• are UK residents aged 18 years or over; and
• are currently employed in, or operating, a professionalservices business in the United Kingdom (including accounting firms,bookkeeping practices, financial advisory firms, insolvency practices, orsimilar professional service providers); and
• are attending Accountex London 2026 at ExCeL London.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter may require proof of eligibility.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must during the Promotion Period:

1. Complete the official entry form in full (via the Promoter’s event entry card and
2. Provide a response to the qualifying question: “Nameevery system and place a client document could live in your firm right now.”;and
3. Nominate one accounting firm they admire, and provide a brief explanation of why they admire them (the “WorkHero Nomination”).

Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, misleading, or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Game of Skill

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

All valid entries will be judged by the Promoter based on the originality, creativity, and quality of the response provided to the competition question.

The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to any rights under applicable law.

Judging will take place during the week commencing 19 May 2026.

6. Prizes

6.1 Major Prize (1 winner)

A £1,500 monetary voucher redeemable against any services, packages, accommodation, or offerings at Bovey Castle, Devon, or any other hotel within the Eden Hotel Collection portfolio (“Grand Prize”).

Voucher value: £1,500.

Grand Prize conditions:

•      The voucher must be used by 30 November 2026.

•      Subject to availability, blackout dates, and Eden Hotel Collection’s applicable terms and conditions.

•      Travel, transfers, travel insurance, spending money,and any charges beyond the voucher value are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

•      The Grand Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

•      The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

6.2 Runner-up prizes (10 winners)

Ten (10) runner-up prizes, each consisting of a £100 monetaryvoucher redeemable against any package or accommodation offering across theEden Hotel Collection portfolio (including Bovey Castle).

Runner-up prize conditions:

•      Each voucher has a monetary value of £100 and may beapplied to any booking or package offered by Eden Hotel Collection or any hotelwithin their range.

•      Vouchers must be used by 31 December 2026.

•      Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cashalternative.

•      Vouchers are not transferable.

•      Travel, transfers, and any charges beyond the vouchervalue are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

•      Redemption is subject to Eden Hotel Collection’sapplicable terms and conditions.

6.3 WorkHero Nominated Firm Prize (1 prize, awarded via the Grand Prize winner)

The firm nominated in the Grand Prize winner’s WorkHero Nomination entry will be awarded a £500 monetary voucher redeemable against any package or accommodation offering across the Eden Hotel Collection portfolio.

Nominated firm prize conditions:

•      The nominated firm will be contacted by the Promoter following the winner announcement.

•      The voucher must be used by 31 December 2026.

•      The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and has no cash alternative.

•      Travel, transfers, and any charges beyond the voucher value are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

•      Redemption is subject to Eden Hotel Collection’s applicable terms and conditions.

6.4 Total Prize Pool

Total maximum prize pool value: approximately £3,000.

7. Winner Notification & Announcement

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided in their entry within seven (7) days of judging.

Winners may also be announced on the Promoter’s Workiro social channels. By entering, entrants consent to their name (andfirm name, where provided) being used for this purpose.

If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter may award the prize to an alternative entrant.

8. Third-Party Supplier Terms

All prizes involving Eden Hotel Collection properties aresubject to the applicable terms and conditions of Eden Hotel Collection. Thosethird-party terms apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is notresponsible for the acts, omissions, or changes imposed by third-partysuppliers, including but not limited to availability changes, propertyclosures, or surcharges applied by the supplier.

9. Changes, Unavailability & Substitution

If the Major Prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of it) with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• The Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered or incurred in connection with the promotion or any prize.
• The Promoter is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party supplier.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, unauthorised intervention, or entries not received for any reason beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights under applicable UK consumer protection law.

11. Privacy & Marketing

The Promoter will collect and use personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion and contacting entrants.

Where entrants provide consent, the Promoter may also use personal information to send marketing communications about Workiro. Entrants may opt out at any time.

Where a WorkHero Nomination is submitted, the Promoter may contact the nominated firm as part of the WorkHero Awards campaign and Workiro outreach activities.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy available via www.getbusyplc.com and/or www.workiro.com.

12. General

The Promoter may:

• verify the validity of entries and entrants;
• disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms;
• modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws ofEngland and Wales.

Accountex London is not a promoter or co-organiser of thiscompetition and accepts no responsibility for it.
